My CLUETT line lived in Brewood, STS from the early 1800's - moving there from Colchester, Essex. The men of this line were 'hairdressers' for several generations. My 'brick wall' is James Alfred CLUETT born ~1785, Blandford Forum, Dorset of parents John and Jane CLUIT.  Other siblings born 1780 - 1796 in Blandford Forum and possibly turn of the century in Worfield. He married 1810 in Colchester (listed as 'hairdresser') to a Sally Baker BESWICK b 1791, Colchester and after having two sons, Frederick and James, there and another, Charles, in Leicester was living in Brewood when his wife died there in 1827. Any help or ideas most welcome!! Would like to hear from any CLUETT seekers!!

My great grandad Robert William FOOT married his cousin Jane Cluett 1886 Manston Dorset Jane died 1888 in East orchard Dorset. I would love to know if 2 babies who died either side of Jane's death registration are hers. Emily Florence Foot and Female Foot both died 1888 and both age 0. Could they have been her twins or single births and died also of TB? Robert went on to remarry another cousin 1890 Rose Louisa PIKE.
